Consultant Advisor of IBC. He has a Master of Science from the Darmstadt Technical
University in Germany, as well as a Master of Science and a Ph.D. from Massachusetts
Institute of Technology, and he has over 20 years of experience in dealing with
environmental questions, recycling oil, oil trading, oil marketing and research.
