Q: When I attempt to submit a form, my internet
browser brings up an error message and does not let me send. What's going on?
A: Some computers are set up so that you cannot
submit information over an insecure server. These settings can be changed in your
internet browser's options menu.

"options" or "preferences" menu for security settings. Change
these settings to allow you to submit your forms.
